Thanks to Genine's Art Blog I learned of a little bird named Starlings that are pictured below. They fly towards the rising sun in the morning in large numbers and then fly towards the setting sun and their home at sunset. They remind me of the patterns made by the Mexican tail bat that live under the Congress Bridge in Austin, Texas. But, of course, their habit is to fly out at sunset and back home at sunrise. I wonder if they see each other during their flights!
Check out these beautiful pictures of patterns made by the Starlings. Of course, these are not my photos since Starlings are found in Europe and in Mexico. But it is a delightful little bird!
