Paint Party Friday- Best Friends

My best friend requested I paint a portrait of her and myself together. I decided to paint with acrylic this time and here is what I am working on. I still need to do some tweaking!       There's a famous quote- I've forgotten who said it, but it goes something like "A picture is a poem without words." I love that because I do think art is very expressive! It means so much to me for you to say my painting is heartfelt because in truth, I did put my heart into the work. Glad you liked it!
